E-Tech Suite is an integrated toolset based on ETHOS that enables designers and developers to rapidly build J2EE & .NET components. It is customised for J2EE and .NET component production covering the entire life cycle of component design and development, testing, database tracking and production management and control. The Development Toolset forms the core of E-Tech Suite. This toolset is fully integrated with Rational Rose, an industry-accepted tool for Object Oriented Analysis and Design. It has been customised to generate ETHOS Compliant Code as per J2EE or .NET specifications and above and covers both Applet and JSP-based front-end development in addition to supporting popular front-end frameworks like Struts.

The Design Tool uses a web-based interface that uses Rational Rose repositories to model applications in OOAD/UML It provides control and easy management of complex UML Designs generated in Rational Rose. This helps designers to analyse and test the integrity and consistency of the model, throughout the component life cycle, from analysis through maintenance. The application features a robust access mechanism and user authentication processes in addition to unique custom features that generate HTML documentation for select components.

The Database Tool set consists of a variety of utilities that make for simple and efficient testing on distributed applications in a shared database environment. Apart from automating major parts of an otherwise manual process, the Database Tool ensures consistency and extensibility while eliminating human error.

The Test and Quality Assurance Tools monitor the entire software development process. These are tightly integrated with preset standards and procedures and are equipped to deal with design problems.
